Full Staging
The homeowner has completely moved their furnishings out and is no longer living at the property. The proposal would consist of full staging in every room.
Partial Staging
The homeowner has moved out however, we are only staging some of the rooms with our furniture and the other rooms have been left empty.
Blended Staging
The homeowner has moved out and taken all of their accessories but has left behind some useable furniture to work with. We would provide a list of furniture pieces she feels we could work with and they decide whether to leave them or substitute them with our staging pieces.
Occupied Staging
The homeowners will be living in the home with our staging items and most of their furniture as well. We will provide a list of items to remove before staging. We understand the homeowner may choose to do all of the recommendations or just a portion of them. We are happy to stage the home either way.

One of the reasons we became interior designers in the first place was because we love collecting and then putting it all together. But when you’re designing your own house, the hardest thing is to finish it, as you’re always adding your next favourite thing, and finally there’s no space left.
